Default 2x k160g2's in tail of sm f18 rpm problem

Having rpm's jump around when running the 2 engines at the same time. I'm wondering where the rpm sensor is located in relation to top (label) of the turbineon so I can seperate the sensors as far apart as possible?

I had the same problem with my mibo A10, I moved the ECUs further apart and seemed to fix the issue.

The RPM pickup is on the right side of the engine. Leave the right engine at the normal position (kingtech logo at 12O clock) Left engine needs to be rotated looking from the rear of the engine to the left about 45 degrees. You should then do a starter test or even run one engine at a time and verify all is good.

Make sure you separate you engine wire harness for each engine.

Andrew, Kris is right, but you could also gain another notch of distance if you rotate the right engine away for say 10 degrees or so.

Thanks, I have it all apart now so I will rotate right engine clockwise 10 degree and left engine counter clockwise 45 degree!

Or just tape over or inside of the front cover with mu-metal nikel-iron tape to block the magnetic field from each other turbines.
